我记得是单数，谁能解释一些是为什么呢？不要说固定用法没有为什么。肯定有的，英国人是怎么想的？明明是一个半，怎么用单数？那1.1个，1.9个是不是都是单数？
比如：one and a half cakes is a good meal for monkey
One and a half bananas has rotted away.
