3：30 half pass three
2：15 a quarter pass two
1：45 a quarter to two
已过多少分钟就用pass，还差多少分钟才到几点的就用to
当然，如果不用惯用的，就是非常死板的也可以这样说
3：30 thirty pass three 或者thirty to four
2：15 fifteen pass two或者forty five to three
1：45 forty five pass one 或者fifteen to two
