虚拟机 不能发现usb设备

我用的是VMware6.5的虚拟机，安装的是xp系统，不能发现usb设备，提示错误：
An error was encountered while attempting a connection

operation for a USB device between the host and guest.

Please check the Windows Device Manager for the

current status of the USB devices attached to the

host
该怎么解决？
启动VMware ，弹出一个窗口，如下图：
插入usb设备时总是主机先获得。
我已经在removable device里面把USB的设备都打上勾了，但是有弹出一个错误窗口，如下图：

因为你的host system把usb device控制住的，虚拟机没办法eject或移除他们(因为正在被host使用).

你在removable device里面把USB的设备都打上勾，把那几个设备给安全移除掉，拔掉再插上去试试。

如果还有问题，建议重启，把那几个设备拔掉，进入虚拟机以后再插上去。

先开虚拟机，再插USB设备。
