If you are prime minister how to prevent swine flu

If I were the prime minister, I would give the Swine Flu Vaccine to every citizen. I would give hospital mush money to help the people who were fall sick. I would also give every citizen masks for free, wear masks is a good way to prevention the swine flu. Anyway, if I were the prime minister, I would do my best to prevent swine flu.
