第一题是根据working这个分词填的，one of them 是working的逻辑主语； 如果work当作从句的谓语动词用，那么后半句是这样的，one of whom works sa a bus diver now.
第二题只能用whose，因为mother的修饰语是Obama's,指的是奥巴马的妈妈，那么既然先行词是Obama,关系代词在从句中作定语，就用whose。of which 不能用，因为先行词是人不是物。
如果是从句用whom
先行词是物用of which
