1.whom和who在定语从句中都是作关系词,修饰主句中的先行词,如果在从句中做宾语,就用whom或who.比如:
He is the man whom/who I talk to.
但连接词前有介词时只能用whom.
如：She was the girl to whom he talked.
2.如果是在从句中作主语就只能用who.比如:
He is the man who has an English book.

当定语从句修饰主语时用WHO

当定语从句修饰宾语时用WHOM

Who引导的的从句先行词在其中作主语 如 he is a boy who is handsome whom引导的从句先行词在从句中作宾语 如 he is a boy whom everyone loves

当先行词（引导词前面的那个词）是人做主语的时候用who
如：1.He who is not be to the Great Wall is not a true man. 不到长城非好汉。
2.Zhou Jielun who is a singer is very famous in China.周杰伦，一个歌手，在中国很有名。

当先行词是宾语时用whom ，也可以用who.
如：I don't like Lily whom (who) was here last week.
