随着人类社会和经济活动规模的不断扩张，社会经济对全球的影响和危害也越来越严重。生态环境的不断恶化和环境污染的不断扩张，促使人们越来越关注全球环境问题。我国环境保护的任务艰巨，而我国在环境会计信息露问题迄今仍处于起步阶段。鉴于环境信息披露对于我国经济发展的重大意义，和目前相关理论研究的不足，本文将环境信息披露作为研究的主题，通过对环境信息披露发展历程和意义的阐述，从我国企业环境会计信息披露现状出发，并且借鉴西方环境会计信息披露对我国的启示，提出了我国目前企业环境会计信息披露存在的问题及相关建议。这无论是对中国经济的可持续发展，还是对中国会计理论的创新和完善都具有重大的意义。

The unceasing worsening of ecological environment and the constant expansion of the pollution of environment have caused people to increasingly pay close attention to the issue of global environment.. Our nation's assignment to environment protection is very difficult, and the issue of our nation's environmental accounting information disclosure is still at the elementary stage.
