根据我对法律的理解。（仅仅是从法律精神来判定）
新加坡：禁止出售泡泡糖应该是假的。首先，法律保护一种特定的正常社会关系。泡泡糖并没有严重的危害社会关系，所以法律不应该禁止。
美国纽约:这个应该是真的。因为，美国法律比较民主，强调平等。这个平等不光是人与人之间的，而且应该是人与其他生物之间的。
美国明尼苏达：这个应该是假的。理由同第一个。
正常，法律渊源中了风俗习惯一项。这就属于这种情况，每个地方的风俗习惯不同。
新加坡的是假的。
纽约的是真的。
