你改的第一句较好，第二句的which指代不明。
it是单数，所以，只能代替单数名词，sites是复数，所以，不是指代它的，是指代tour的。
第一句中的on which改成through which比较好，
第二句也有问题，谁知道你第二个从句中的which指代什么，可以是historical sites,也可以是tour
原居中的it指many historicai sites
判断it指代什么时，你可以把从句删了，正确的句子删了从句后意思不会变，这就很好判断
：When I went on a tour round China,I saw many historicai sites whice was very exciting
