UC知道戴尔笔记本出现蓝屏

我儿子要看动画片，我就打开了pps，然后刚打开“猫和老鼠”，就出现了蓝屏。蓝屏出现的内容是:A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

重启一下有可能就好了，品牌机应该不存在兼容的问题，因为出厂前都测试过了

蓝屏一般是死机造成的,还有系统故障也会造成蓝屏,你买的如果是品牌机,兼容性那就扯都扯不上,品牌机都是兼容性比较好,如果是自己配的机子或者是自己换硬件装上了才会有不兼容的问题.
