tom是主语，is 系动词 the first 是定语 person 是表语 to go to school状语其实句子是这样变的，tom is the person ，tom goes to school这两个简单句合并的时候由于不能有2个动词，所以变成tom is the first person who goes to school或者tom is the first person to go to school
