选取交通方式、出行时间以及个人社会属性作为个人可达性影响因素。其中,个人社会属性又以性别、年龄、家庭结构、教育水平和年收入等来表示。由调查的问卷统计可得出以下结论:
①性别、年龄和教育水平3个因素基本不影响使用者在个人可达性方面的选择,也可理解为个人生活习惯对个人可达性影响微乎其微;
②表征个人经济能力的变量——家庭结构、家庭年收入以及住房与私车则引起一定的可达性差异。在空间可达性既定时,随距离的增加整体可达性随个人经济能力的增强而提高,即个人可达性与个人经济能力存在一定的正相关性。
③交通方式的选择与出行时间具有更大的正相关性,即随着出行时间的增加,出行方式逐渐由步行、骑车过渡到使用汽车、地铁等,而且在15-20分钟区间段有明显变化。按照每小时5km的步行速度,可得出1200-1700米是城市公园的最佳服务半径。超出这段距离,使用者将采用汽车等交通方式,加重城市道路的通行压力。

In the three factors, individual social attributes are represented by gender, age, family structure, education level, annual income and so on. According to the statistical results of the questionnaire survey, we can reach the conclusion as follows.
Firstly, the three factors which are gender, age and education level basically do not affect user's choice on individual accessbility. That is to say, individual living habits have very little influences on individual accessibility.
