摘要:本文通过对人力资源整合相关理论成果的梳理和实践经验的总结提炼,介绍了人力资源整合在企业并购中的重要性。并结合本人企业实习情况指出了目前企业并购中存在的人力资源整合问题,主要包括:忽视并购整合,过程缺乏条理;人才流失严重;激励机制的局限性;缺乏有效沟通;忽略了文化差异等。并在此基础上提出了解决的对策,即:组织结构再造,提高运行效率;人岗重新匹配,留住核心员工;形成有效的激励机制;形成员工参与的机制,加强交流沟通;注重企业文化的融合等。
