【摘要】在我国市场经济不断发展的今天,中小企业的数量越来越多, 但目前很多中小企业经营举步维艰，失败率较高，企业平均寿命很短,因此对公司陷入财务困境的原因进行分析就显得十分必要,一方面可以使困境中的公司从这些原因中寻找解决的对策,使公司走上良性发展的轨道;另一方面运作良好的公司也可以以此为鉴,避免公司走向财务困境,在本文中对中小企业财务困境的研究初步分为成本控制，财务管理，企业内部控制体系控制等三个方面，从而比较全面的认识中小企业财务困境及其形成原因来判定、预测、规避和摆脱财务困境,对我国中小企业和市场经济的健康发展具有十分重要的现实意义。
