%Windows% 意思是系统盘下的 windows 文件夹 别的依次类推吧 建议不要随便删 windows 以及 system 里的文件 都是系统要用的
这个删掉应该没有关系，又不是引导系统的文件，先作一个备份，删掉应该没有多大的问题。
