（一）如甲方未完成履行合同第四条规定，甲方应当返还乙方支付的全部捐赠款项，赔付相当于本协议总额20%的违约金并赔偿乙方的实际损失。
（二）乙方在签订合同后，未按照合同规定支付捐赠款，甲方有权取消乙方的捐赠协办资格，并有权要求乙方赔付相当于本协议总额20%的违约金。

(一)A party should return all the donations that B party pay,if B party would not performe the forth article of the contract,also compensate the penalty equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the agreement and factual damages.
