I receive a message from my grandmother today.

she side that Swine flu was very serious in the US. then she took me to ask you how about your situation.
语法时态有什么错误的地方吗地方，

I receive a message from my grandmother today.
后面虽然有个表示时间状态词，但是你听到消息之后不是在你打听之后，不可能在你带那个消息你之前你就听他说了，所以这点不符合逻辑，改成下面的，这里"today"可以去掉，对句意表达的用处不大。
I got a message from my granny (today).
拼写错误，SIDE 不等于 SAID,that 在这里可以省略，因为Swine-Flu就是个明确的名词。
She said Swine-Flu was contagious widely over the US.
最后一句，THEN和上面所讲的没有任何关系。前面没有发生什么吧，那么THEN在这里怎么讲啊，所以这样说；
She really cared for you ,and how about your native.

全改完，这样比较符合英语的语言逻辑习惯。看你这几句话，应该是在写信或者写邮件，所以这样改绝对是没问题的。

I got a message from my granny today.
She said Swine-Flu was contagious widely over the US.By the way, She cared for you very much, and how about your native?
