make sth for sth/sb 是一种固定搭配，为。。。做。。。。，而make with ，一般用于 make friends with sb , 与某人交朋友。
receive 是一个短暂时动作，可以与完成时连用，表示动作已完成了，如 I have received the letter, 表示我已收到信。短暂性动作不能够用现在进行时，如i am receiving the letter的表达就不对了。如open, borrow等都不能接现在进行时。
