摘 要
工程建设监理规划，是根据工程监理委托合同确定的工作范围，并根据所监理项目的特点而写的监理工作计划，是指导监理工作全过程的纲领性文件。本监理规划是为XXXX工程编制。在监理规划的总框架下，在总监理工程师的主持下编制，制定了一系列的工作计划、进度计划、工作流程、监理工作制度、各项工作的报表、监理工作守则、职责分工、使监理的工作规范化、制度化。在工程建设项目中实施施工安装过程的监理，主要包括施工准备阶段、建设施工阶段和竣工验收阶段的监理工作。从工程实际出发，从筹建单位需要和利益出发，为项目工程服务，切实保障筹建单位和各参建单位的根本利益和工程成果，使其所带来的时世效益和指导意义惠及更广。
