1)HRM is to recruit,train and utilise personnel in the best way that will help the business achieve its objectives.
2)it helps to place the right people in the right place at the right time by what a enterprise could minimize the waste of staff and improve the effeciency simutaneously.
3)HRM also aims to appraise,train and develp staff by what the staff will be promoted and their productivity,at the same time,could be maintained.
4)however,spending too much time on HRM may cost a lot and slow down the speed of decision making.
