零售业跨国公司在华市场扩张行为分析
——以家乐福(Carrefour)为例
家乐福(Carrefour)是全球第二大零售商,1994 年进入中国大陆,2005 年在中国市场的销售额已达174 亿元,已成为跨国零售企业在中国店铺数量最多、销售额最大的零售企业,也是目前在华唯一盈利的外资零售企业。本文以概述跨国零售企业在华扩张的具体行为,其中涉及跨国零售企业进入国内的内外部因素,跨国零售企业在华战略发展的业态模式,以及进入大陆后其本土化的具体方针,来分析目前国内零售行业中主流企业发展情况。通过对比分析,给国内本土零售企业在经营管理上和战略发展思路上一定的借鉴,为国内本土零售企业的发展创新给于启迪,有助于国内零售企业在国内稳步发展和今后走向国际市场。
