[摘要] 中小企业作为国民经济的一个重要组成部分,在解决就业、平衡国民经济发展中起着重要作用,但是随着全球经济的剧烈变化,特别是“金融危机”的影响,人民币的升值,对中小企业造成了重大的打击。而随着环境的变化,企业竞争的焦点也随着企业战略性资源的转移而转移,即从资金、产品等物化资源的竞争转为智力资源——人才的竞争。人是最重要的资产,在企业发展中要充分考虑所涉及的各种人的感受,面临的问题和态度,在做出变动时要了解企业持续发展的真正动力。薪酬制度是企业人力资源管理乃至是企业管理激励制度中最为重要的内容。本文通过对中小企业薪酬激励机制现状分析,比较系统地提出了有效激励中小企业人才的策略。
