Abstract:
Since the implement of the policy of reform and openning-up, enterprises in our country has transformed from planned economy to market economy. Besides, cost-management has becomes one of crucial contents of enterprise management. As a consummate system of enterprise management, mordern cost-management is so indispensable that we have to pay more emphasis on how to bring in and carry out it properly.
As for a limited liability company of Yantai Weilong Wine, cost-management has always be the highlighted issue since our establishment. Whereas under the circumstances of current situation, our pattern of cost-management has not been suitable and flexible enough.
