【摘要】目的：在南方地区的潮雨天气（特别是3、4月份），中国传统名贵中药饮片——佛手，经常有发生霉变的状况。如果使用变质的中药材，直接影响到药材的质量与疗效，甚至危害人体健康。本课题主要比较不同的含水量对贮存广佛手的挥发油的含量的影响，从而为饮片质量控制提供参考。方法：用烘干法，再湿润法处理广佛手饮片，使其含水量在不同的水平，再贮存一定的时间（5天），然后测出其含水量与挥发油含量，比较各组数据之间的差异，找出含水量与挥发油含量之间的关系。结果：广佛手的不同含水量对其挥发油的含量的影响显著，所以在贮存过程要控制好饮片的水分含量。
