look forward to 后跟动名词（动词ing 形式）
to做介词的情况有很多，比如：

I'd say he was 25 to 30 years old
How long is it to lunch?
She is devoted to her family. (这句to后面也可跟动名词，就如你举的例子）
She's married to an Italian.
I prefer walking to climbing.
Let's drink to Julia and her new job.
