摘要：会计信息失真问题的危害性极大，近些年，有很多学者提出很多有建设性的意见，对治理该问题有了很大的进展，但会计信息失真问题依然严重。笔者认为，治理该问题应该同时从多方面出发，一环扣一环的层层突破。本文首先通过近几年会计信息失真问题的现状引出治理该问题的必要性；然后在会计信息基本理论中分别阐述了会计信息的涵义，会计信息的界定，会计信息失真的表现及危害；随后对引发会计信息失真的原因进行了深入分析；最后根据导致会计信息失真的原因逐一提出解决方法。
