PAY:主语是人，sb pay money for sth
i paid 15RMB FOR THE MAP.
cost：主语是物或it，sth cost sb money或it cost sb money海鸥time to do sth。
the car costs me 200000 rmb.
it costs me 200000 rmb to buy the car.

spend：主语人，sb spend money/time on sth。
i spent too much on onlinegame.
take：只用于花费时间，it take some time to do sth.
it took us one hour to climb the hill.
