摘 要

针对平面圆周均布孔的加工，本文提出了三个加工方案。方案一:用立式钻铣床精加工:扩孔(Ф59.8mm)→铰孔。方案二: 用数控铣床精加工:镗孔。方案三:设计专用夹具在车床上精加工。通过比较，方案一和方案二在效率和成本上都有缺陷，所以我们选择方案三，由此引出了本文的中心内容：专用夹具的设计。
本文主要是研究CA6140型卧式车床用于加工平面圆周均布孔的专用夹具的设计，分以下几个部分:
第一部分主要是介绍了研究的背景和车床的发展史还有专用夹具的分类。
第二部分主要是引出的本文的中心，阐述了夹具设计的基本要求和原理，进行了自由度的分析，定位误差和定位精度分析，受力分析和强度校核等等。

For planar uniform circular hole processing, this paper presents three processing program. Program I: Vertical drilling machine with finishing: reaming (Ф59.8mm) → Reaming. Option II: CNC milling machine with finishing: Boring. Program III: Design of a dedicated fixture finished in the lathe. By comparison, the program I and program II in both efficiency and cost-defects, so we three options, which led to the center of the contents of this paper: the design of a dedicated fixture.
