本系统采用J2EE的体系结构及其基本框架模式，在表示层将采用Struts技术，在逻辑处理层将采用Spring的IOC和AOP技术相结合，也就是说通过Spring来降低系统间模块的耦合来提高系统的可扩展性，而在数据持久层将使用Hibernate来实现，Hibernate提供了强大、高性能的对象到关系数据库的持久化服务。
