不能，（而且你的句子都有语病，应该为：Jim is a friend of yours and mine）应以疑问词开头来问句：Is Jim afriend of yours and mine？，或者说在陈述句尾加一个反义疑问句：Jim is a friend of yours and mine，isn't he?
