请问用高效液相色谱法能不能检测水溶液中的乙二醇？具体条件是怎么样呢？

用C8或才C18柱可以检测吗？什么流动相？期待各位指点！

我这有个气相的方法

不能,乙二醇属高分子的物质,用气相检测的

乙二醇厚应该比较适合用气相法检测吧
