外语语法问题

例子:Informing the patient of his serious illness risks______his hope so that he may recover more slowly.
A to be destroying B to destroy C destroying D being destroying
为什么选A risk后面不是接doing sth 吗?

不知道~~通常都考ing的 记得老师经常说“这个是特例，要记住的”。如果答案没错的话，把它当特例好了

risk to do也是正确的.
可以从意思上去理解.
risk to do是将会危及到...,有未发生的意思.
根据题目,有"将会"的意思,和后面的may联系起来也很通顺.

但是,这里如果用doing也是完全没有错的.只是选起来A比较好.
