摘 要
IT企业属于典型的知识、技术密集型的服务类企业，一直以来人们对其业务运作的认识往往只局限于信息流、资金流以及实施这些业务过程中的电子化、网络化，而忽视了IT企业中的商流以及伴随商流出现的物流。随着IT产业的逐渐成熟，其竞争越来越激烈，导致IT企业在信息服务方面的发展空间越来越小，而被认为利润微薄、技术含量低的IT产品交易却在不断攀升。IT企业主们对企业中的物流有了新的认识，越来越重视物流运作对降低采购和销售成本、提高服务质量及顾客满意度所起的作用。本文主要从物流成本的构成分析如何降低企业的物流成本。首先，本文介绍了论文研究的背景与意义及我国IT行业物流现状和存在问题。其次，本文概述了物流成本管理及物流成本的构成。最后，本文详细介绍了从构成入手降低物流成本的途径。

Abstract
