are 因为谓语动词单复数取决于后面的名词单复数
比如： There is a car behind a tree.

is 是对的因为there is going to 有这样的搭配

is…这种题要结合前文…前文提到有关于这个句子的主语，如果是复数就要用are,如果是单数就用is
