1. 在向任何公开媒体发布与本合作有关的消息之前，双方都要以书面形式认可，同意做这一发布。

第1句中的make，是make the release的意思。relating to, 与...有关的。也就是说，不经双方书面同意，任何一方不能就合作事宜向媒体透露消息。
第2句看上去有点绕，其实意思很明确：就是谁都只能代表自己，不能代表另一方。
1。双方应以书面方式同意前的新闻发布会上发布的公告,任一方都希望获得关于拟议中的合作。
2。本谅解备忘录应被视为构成合伙当事人之间或构成任一方代理其他任何商业目的,不得解释为授予任何一方有权作出承诺的任何一种代表另一方。
