In charge of the design and estimating the cost of prospective works, prepare offer under the direction of the company management. Record the accumulation of experience cost data for future references, assist in engineering matters pertaining to change order, claims and contract settlement. Prepares cost distribution of labors, equipments and materials of awarded contract. Prepare payment and billing for work accomplished under the contract as well as claims for extra work. Develop engineering procedures and supervise their execution.
