宝资天房地产项目管理公司销售人员激励机制研究

内 容 摘 要

2008年末,在全球经济危机带来的经济下滑趋势中,中国房地产行业迎来了寒冷的“冬天”。 宝资天公司为了降低企业成本,减轻负荷,维持企业的生命力,采取了裁员的方法。但随之而来的,却是大量销售精英因对公司信心不足而相继离职。作为一家房地产代理公司,销售是其最终环节,也是最重要的环节,销售人员的流失,将直接影响其生存。
本文通过深入分析研究宝资天公司销售人员的激励现状和存在的问题,基于马斯洛需求五层次、X和Y理论、双因素理论的激励理论提出了完善薪酬激励和考核激励,增加精神激励、成长激励、差异化激励的销售人员激励方案,从而为宝资天公司解决现有问题提供了依据,也对处于经济危机大环境冲击下的房地产企业起到了借鉴的作用。
