请大家帮忙啊，我明天中考口语！！！！！！
有几个话题、把我括号里的文字翻译出来，不要翻译软件，要没有语法错误的，最好有一些宾语从句。回答得好再给100分！绝对！可以不要照翻，可以有一些自己对这个话题的看法。每个话题十句话左右。

1.关于四川的地震。（去年四川发生了一场大地震，人们纷纷帮助灾区的人民，有的人到灾区当志愿者，有的人捐钱，有的人捐衣服等，作为一个中国人，我们理应伸出援手，我相信四川在全中国的帮助下会变得越来越好。）

3.让座。（一天放学，小明做公车回家。忽然上来一位老人家，这时有一位青年把他的位子让给了老人家。小明很感动，他把自己的位子让给那个青年，那个青年觉得小明是个好孩子。最后那个青年坐在了小明让出的位子上，小明坐在那个青年的腿上。）
