随着技术的进步,生产过程中的控制中心与生产现场往往不在同一地方,使得远程监控系统得到越来越广泛的应用。当前,现场总线控制系统(FCS)在工业控制中已得到了广泛应用,本课题采用S7现场总线技术,实现电机的远程变频调速,即通过上位机组态王界面设置电机速度,上位机与下位机通过PROFIBUS-DP进行远程通信,设定值经S7系列PLC的CPU模块通过USS通讯协议传送到远程变频器,从而控制电机的速度;同时,电机的实际转速经相同路径返回到上位机显示。

With advancement in technology, the process control center and project site are always at different places in production, which makes remote monitoring system to be more and more widely used. At present, the field-bus control system (FCS) in the industrial control has been widely used. The subject will realize the long-range VVVF for motor by s7 field-bus control technology. In other words, the speed of the engine is set by Human Machine Interface (HMI) of Kingview installed in the host computer. The host computer and inferior machine communicate following the PROFIBUS-DP. The setting value is transmitted to remote inverter according to the USS communication protocol by the CPU module of S7 series PLC, thus, the speed will be achieved by the inverter; at the same time, the actual speed of the motor is returned to the host computer and displayed.
