Vista系统输入法问题

右击语言栏 - 设置(E)，打开“文本服务和输入语言”对话框，在“常规”选项卡中单击“添加(D)”按钮，在打开的列表中找到“朝鲜语(韩国)”，勾选其下的“朝鲜语”、"Microsoft IME"。确定退出。之后就可以使用语言栏打开这朝鲜语输入法了。
如果找不到或是勾选上以后无法使用，可能是相关的系统文件被删除了。
确认%sytemroot%\System32\IME\imekr8目录下的 以下文件存在：
C:\Windows\System32\IME\imekr8\applets
C:\Windows\System32\IME\imekr8\dicts
C:\Windows\System32\IME\imekr8\imkrapi.dll
C:\Windows\System32\IME\imekr8\imkrtip.dll
C:\Windows\System32\IME\imekr8\imkrudt.dll
C:\Windows\System32\IME\imekr8\applets\imkrcac.dll
C:\Windows\System32\IME\imekr8\applets\imkrskf.dll
C:\Windows\System32\IME\imekr8\applets\mshwkorr.dll
C:\Windows\System32\IME\imekr8\dicts\imkrhjd.dll
