MS培养基中的植物生长调节剂应该如果加入？诱导不定芽时候应该加哪些激素？2.4-D与IAA是起到同一作用么？GA3该如何灭菌？

是在琼脂溶解后加完各种母液，再加调节剂，最后加蔗糖，在调PH。
我们最近做了一批组培，诱导芽的是加了NAA和6BA，比例是1：10效果很好。
一般生长素和细胞分裂素是同时加的，共同起作用。他们的比例不同就决定诱导芽、根、愈伤组织的形成！
GA3用除菌漏斗，进行过滤除菌！

组培的活不了解，对于高温敏感的物质如果要灭菌，可以选择无菌间超净台上紫外线灭菌过夜。固体必须是粉末摊平，液体厚度最好不要超过1cm。

autoclave your MS medium with the agar first, if u are using solid medium. then add 植物生长调节剂 when the bottol is cool down but before the agar is set.

to induce calli, add auxin (2,4-D,NAA) and cytokinin (kinetin) and some vitamin.

2.4-D与IAA是起到同一作用么？

GA3 only disolves in alchohol and to 灭菌, u need to add claforan or antibiotics depends on the DNA fusion u transformed to the plant.
