如题,能像winForm一样用代码新建吗?

WebForm webForm=new WebForm();
一样创建。
如果要打开网页，可以用javascript进行打开。
window.open()
window.showModelDialogue()
都可以。

你可以创建，但你无法把它打开来，因为webForm就是一个网页。
