in并不是修饰there 相反 这是两个副词 In表动作过程 there是方位副词

here和there 为副词，一般习惯前面没有介词，但是英语国家就是有些例外。
在中国学英语老师教导不需介词，习惯性!

there既可以作为副词adv表示“在那里”，也可以作为名词n表示“那里，那个地方”因此，在名词前加介词in 是正常的。同时，there还可以作为形容词adj用于指示代词或指示形容词修饰的名词后表示强调，如“ Ask that girl there.问那里的那个女孩。”

常用法：
1. all there
2. Are you there?[电话用语]喂，你听得见吗?
3. be in there doing不懈地从事；坚持(斗争等)
4. get there
5. have been there (before)[俚语]亲身经历过；领略过此中甘苦；直接了解；全都知道
6. here and there到处；散乱地
7. near there不远，在那附近
8. neither here nor there. (not) all there[口语](不)理解的；(不)清醒的；(不)精明的
