〔摘 要〕在已有研究成果的基础上,本文对一种基于3-RPR的新型三自由度平动并联机构进行了分析与设计.介绍3-RPR机构的结构特点,该机构具有x、 y 、z 三个方向的平动自由度,运用Pro/E 软件对其进行了建模,利用空间机构学知识求出了其位置正反解,并验证了正反解的唯一性。并对该机床的工作空间进行了分析和研究,可以用于指导实际的样机制作。

On the basis of existing research results, this paper based on 3 - a 3-dof translational RPR new parallel mechanism analysis and design is introduced. The structure of 3 - RPR institution, the organization has the characteristics of x, y, z direction of three translational degree, Pro/E to its software modeling, use the space agency to learn knowledge from its position and the solution, and verifies the uniqueness of positive solution. And the working space of the machine is analyzed and studied, and can be used to guide the actual prototype production.
