当主语是“not only...but also..., neither...nor..., either...or...”连接的短语时，谓语动词的数应与它最近的名词的数相一致。例如：
1) Not only the nurses but also the doctor is coming to the meeting.
2) Neither the patients nor the doctor is allowed to smoke.
3) Either the teacher or the students have to repair it.
2．当两个词用“not only...but also..., neither...nor..., either...or...”连接时，代词需与后一个名词的性、数、格保持一致。例如：
1) Not only the players but also the coach has on his uniform.
2) Neither the dog nor cats have on their collars.
3) Either the students or the teacher will give you his book.
3.由“not only...but also..., neither...nor..., either...or...”连接的成分在语法结构上要一致（在词性、形式等方面要相同）。

用在不同地方，be的位置也不一样啊。。

都没有BE 例 ：Not only i but also you are good studeng
Both dog and cat is animal
Neither tom nor bob is good guy
either he or me like math

都可以。只是最后一个词组怎么感觉语句不通啊。不过应该是可行的。
