Having determined to buy some pens ,he rushed out his room.
但这个determined可不可以作不及物动词,也就是是someone determine to do sth. ? 因为平常都是说be determined to do sth.
Having been determined to buy .....

Being surprised and happy ,he opened the door .
Surprised and happy , he opener the door .

Having been determined to find his precious pen which must be somewhere in the room, he stayed in his room all day.

(Being) surprised and happy ,he opened the door .
Surprised and happy , he opener the door .

Having been determined to buy .....
