明明后面有表时间的词BEFORE，为什么选A？

1、used to+动词原形（be是动词原形，is,are,were,was,been是be的变形）
2、因为反意疑问句后半句用的是前半句动词、助动词、情态动词的相反形式（肯变否，否变肯），所以用haven’t。（must在这里是实意动词不是情态动词所以不用needn't.have在此构成现在完成时而不是实意动词所以用haven’t。）before的出现的作用，使句子变成完成时。

used to

1. 习惯于 [常与 be， get， become 等连用，后接名词或动名词]
2. 过去常常，过去惯常 [一般后跟不定式动词]
