楼主，不用担心，一般出现这个提示是计算机可能是被非法关机（如停电）才出现的情况，出现这种情况时，不要按ESC键，让系统直接检测完一般以后就不会再出现了。
如果频繁的出现这个提示，而你的关机方法又是正确的话，就要考虑是不是硬盘有问题（如坏道、磁盘碎片等）、系统是不是有问题（病毒等）。

建议用XP安装版，虽然安装是慢了点，但稳定性强些

D盘有问题,我解决的方法是用GHOST把另一块硬盘的D盘GHOST过去,(两块硬盘装的东西都一样)
