摘要：近年来，随着电子拍卖的盛行，很多不法分子利用网络的虚拟性，电子拍卖制度的不完善进行欺诈活动，我国在这方面缺乏相关的法律予以监管，电子拍卖欺诈问题越来越引起人们的关注，本文主要讲述了一些常见的电子拍卖欺诈类型及其产生的原因，并分析了目前美国对于网络拍卖欺诈的预防方法，以及我国对于此问题的研究现状和不足，最后提出了几点关于防御网络拍卖欺诈的建议。（注：拒绝翻译软件）
