滑系统和信号测试部分组成。本改进设计主要对试验台的载荷加载系统
和润滑系统做了较大的改进，使试验台能适应更高的试验要求。试验台
组成部分特征为：机械传动部分是由电动机驱动主轴，主轴两端由轴承
和被测轴承支承；载荷系统使用液压动载，主轴转动使中央偏心部分产
生液压载荷，并可通过调节油压对载荷进行控制；润滑系统分别向轴承
和液压加载机构提供润滑油；信号测试系统由传感器、二次仪表和数据
采集分析系统构成，可以同时测量和计算任意瞬时轴承的性能参数，并
以图表形式定量显示结果。该试验台可以进行考虑轴-轴承系统不同机
械行为之间互相影响的滑动轴承试验，特别是轴的刚度和动力学作用对
滑动轴承润滑影响的试验，使滑动轴承试验的情况和结果更能接近实
际。
